Family lawyer required for a  boutique specialist law firm located in Burwood. The firm is seeking a family lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of PQE of family law specific experience. About the role As the successful applicant, your duties as a Family Lawyer will include but not be limited to: assisting clients;  keeping up to date with and retaining a solid knowledge of court rules and procedures  liaising with clients managing client files from start to finish  . What we need: Full Australian working rights Min. 2 years PQE IN AUSTRALIA in Family Law  Min. 2 years   previous court appearance experience Ability to handle  Family Law matters autonomously from start to finish Ability to independently handle court proceedings Exceptional communicating skills both in court & with clients Proficiency in CLIO legal software advantageous.
