Sussex Legal is a small law firm specialising in Estate Law located in Guildford WA. We are looking for a law student or recent graduate to join our team as a solicitor or Law Clerk. Work undertaken may count towards Practical Legal Training hours.
You will be mentored by a solicitor and your duties will include:
Assisting with estate planning documents, affidavits and court documents;
Assisting with correspondence;
Various administrative duties; and
Attending court.
Selection Criteria
Essential
Ability to work under the supervision of legal practitioners;
Dressing neatly;
polite and respectful manners; and
Available to work flexible hours and days.
Preferred
Interest in estate law.
