Your role will include the following;
- Appear as an advocate in various courts including the Magistrates Court and both divisions of the Children's Court
- Independent management of files
- Conduct appointments, telephone conferences, video-link appearances and interviews
- Engage with clients, stakeholders and other members of the profession
- Work alongside administrative support staff to manage workload, client communication and calendar commitments
We are seeking a graduate solicitor to join our busy practice. The role will involve extensive training in criminal law and advocacy.
