We specialise in the areas of dispute resolution, insurance, debt collection, building & construction, insolvency, corporate and commercial transactions/litigation, planning law and property law.  We are currently seeking to recruit an admitted Junior Lawyer / Lawyer to join our VIC practice as part of our growing litigation team.  The successful candidate must be admitted and have some litigation experience and knowledge of the practice and procedure of VIC Courts. While not essential, it is favourable if the candidate has some litigation exposure in the areas of strata/property, insolvency, insurance, building & construction and general or commercial litigation.
