The opportunity As a young, ambitious junior commercial lawyer, you will work with our CEO and core senior management team across a portfolio of high-growth ventures. The work spans AI projects, SaaS, an ESVCLP and its associated investments, plus an expanding real estate portfolio. You will advise on day-to-day legal matters and strategic decisions. Give clear, commercial advice that reduces risk and supports rapid GTM action. What you will do Support the CEO and senior management team across legal matters, with fast turnarounds. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and founder agreements. Prepare, update, and advise on shareholder agreements and corporate governance documents.
