We are a progressive law practice located at the heart of Martin Place, Sydney CBD. We currently have a vacancy for those who have the interest and passion in the Commercial and Conveyancing areas.
You will be given the opportunity to learn and be trained in the areas including but not limited to:
- Preparing costs agreement
- Perusing and drafting contract of sale and lease agreement
- Drafting letters to client confirming exchange and settlement
- Preparing Transfer and other settlement documents
- Booking and attending settlement
- Attending to the Land and Property Information for registration of documents
- Providing assistance to solicitors/conveyancer
