We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic junior solicitor with at least 1 - 2 years PAE to join our growing Commercial / Corporate team. Specifically, you will be advising/negotiating/resolving disputes relating to: · Disputes (approx. 70%)- eg advising on debt recovery for the commercial clients, Fair work compliance issues as well as shareholders disputes from time to time; · Insolvency (approx.10%) – working with liquidators on claims such as insolvent trading claims, preference payment claims etc; and Compliance (approx. 20%) - you would be involved in setting up the compliance...

We are seeking students who would like to obtain some hands-on practical experience in a busy Sydney City Law Firm.  The office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. This position is available to a university student wanting to work part-time. We pay for lunch and transport at $20.00 per day. Our established litigation team is now looking for a PLT to assist in litigation matter. Training provided. In this role, you will have to work across all commercial and private client sectors and provide industry specific, informed advice. Please note that this is a bilingual environment and we require candidate that can speak and write fluent mandarin.
