The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic junior lawyer to join our team.
You should be highly organised and able to work both independently and as a part of a small team when required.
Key responsibilities:
Attending daily court appearances
Supporting the senior lawyer
Preparing and drafting court documents
Dealing with clients
Assisting in the day to day running of a small boutique criminal law practice
About You:
Be admitted as a solicitor
Be a confident speaker or willing to build your court room confidence
Excellent work ethic and have the attitude of 'no job is too small'
Strong legal research and analytical abilities
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Be willing to take direction and constructive feedback
Have a car & valid drivers license & right to work in Australia
