McIntyre Legal Pty Ltd is a boutique law firm specialising in Estate Litigation, Probate and Wills in Sydney. We have a busy and growing practise.

The Legal Practitioner Director, Anthea McIntyre, has been a lawyer for ~16 years. Anthea was previously a senior associate at top-tier law firm, Herbert Smith Freehills.

Location

The position will be based in Mosman, with travel to the city for client meetings and Court hearings when required. 

About the position

You will be supporting the Director of the firm, Anthea McIntyre.

The role can be full-time or part-time with flexible working arrangements if desired.

A fantastic opportunity for a graduate or junior Wills & Estates lawyer who enjoys helping clients and is looking to work in a professional and enjoyable working environment, be mentored by a senior lawyer, and specialise in one of the most interesting areas of the law.

About you

You must:

• Live in Sydney
• Be admitted to practise law in NSW
• Hold a current NSW practising certificate
• Have strong academic results
• Be passionate about helping clients and the law
• Have excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Have strong technical legal skills
• Be hardworking, reliable, self-motivated and dedicated 
• Be keen to learn and be mentored
• Be polite
• Possess excellent client relationship skills
• Have a keen interest in estate litigation and succession law
