C&L Associates & Solicitors is a boutique law firm based in Hurstville, led by founding partner Dave Chiu, one of the few solicitors in NSW qualified to practise in both Australia and Hong Kong. Our practice is built on a simple belief: excellent legal work begins with understanding our clients. We are committed to clear communication, practical solutions and a long-term relationship approach.

We act for a broad range of Australian and international clients on commercial and corporate matters, dispute resolution, mediation and litigation from the Local Court to the Supreme Court. Our work also includes shareholders’ disputes, contractual disputes, business transactions, corporate restructuring, leasing, employment and general advisory matters. 

As a growing firm, we offer junior lawyers and support staff the opportunity to gain real, hands-on experience across both commercial and litigation practices. You will work closely with the partner, receive direct file exposure, and develop strong technical and client-facing skills in a supportive environment.
