We are a small firm looking to hire a Wills and Estates Lawyer we are located in Forestville.
The successful candidate will receive practical experience in all areas of estate planning and estate litigation whilst being mentored by Senior Lawyer/Principal.
In this role, you will be drafting estate planning documents, reviewing estate planning documents, taking instructions from clients, and providing advice.
You will also be involved in estate litigation matters (including family provision claims, disputes between executors, will rectification matters).
We have a busy probate and estate practice.
This is a part time role and we are actively encouraging candidates returning from maternity leave to apply. We offer a flexible working environment including working from home.
Whilst this is a part time role (2 to 3 days per week) we will consider a full time role for the right candidate.
