Tara Jain Solicitors is a professional legal practice based in Thornleigh, New South Wales, providing practical and client-focused legal services across conveyancing, property law, litigation, family law, wills and estates, construction law, workplace matters and general commercial disputes.

We are currently seeking PLT students who are looking to gain practical legal experience in a supportive and professional firm environment.

The Role

As a PLT student, you may have the opportunity to assist with:

  1. Conveyancing and property law matters;
  2. Preparing legal correspondence and file notes;
  3. Reviewing contracts, searches and settlement documents;
  4. Assisting with litigation and dispute files;
  5. Conducting legal research;
  6. Drafting court documents, letters and client communications;
  7. General file management and administrative legal support.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated PLT student who is reliable, well organised and interested in gaining practical experience in a busy legal practice.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  2. Good attention to detail;
  3. A professional and courteous manner;
  4. An interest in conveyancing, property law and general practice;
  5. A willingness to learn and assist across different areas of law;
  6. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
