Edwards + Co Legal is a modern corporate and commercial law firm in the Sydney CBD, serving clients primarily in new economy businesses, including media, technology, and other enterprises where IP is a key element of the business. We are currently seeking a Law Graduate or Junior Solicitor to join the practice on a full-time basis.   The role will variably involve working in corporate law, commercial law and intellectual property law. Working closely with the team, you would conduct legal research, prepare documents for despatch to clients, draft advices and agreements, attend conferences with clients and other legal matters.
