About the Role ARA is seeking a highly organised and client-focused Migration Administration Officer to join our Migration Services Team. This role provides essential administrative support to ARA’s registered Migration Agents and Migration Lawyers, helping clients access accurate, realistic and compassionate support with visa, residency and citizenship matters. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many migration services enquiries and will play an important role in client intake, documentation, appointments, records, invoicing and service coordination. This position would suit someone with strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work respectfully with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. The successful applicants will work closely with experienced migration lawyers to support client matters, legal research, drafting, file preparation and visa-related work.
