This PLT placement is designed to give a law graduate or final‑year student supervised, hands‑on experience in a busy legal practice while completing the work experience component of their Practical Legal Training. Purpose of the Role: The PLT Student will support solicitors and conveyancers at VK Lawyers across property, commercial and estates matters, gaining exposure to file work, client communication and legal drafting under supervision. The role is focused on learning, skills development and meeting PLT work experience requirements, not on billable targets. Key Responsibilities Under the supervision of VK Lawyers’ solicitors, the PLT Student may: Assist with conveyancing and property transactions (intake, contract review, basic searches and file management).
