This is a unique opportunity, with real hands-on experience, across different areas of law, such as, but not limited to: - Family Law, - Criminal Law, - Wills and Estate, - Dispute Resolution. About the Role Hone on your skills and knowledge, to work on real cases, where in this fulfilling role, you will see yourself: - Communicating directly with clients, from obtaining instructions to providing advice; - Representing clients at courts and tribunals; - Negotiating settlements; - Drafting legal documents, submissions, and correspondences; - Liasing with barristers, and other parties; - Performing research tasks, and collating evidence; - Undertaking general administrative tasks.
