AHD Lawyers are currently seeking a self-motivated and diligent undergraduate/PLT student to join our litigation and dispute resolution team on a voluntary part-time basis (2 - 3 days per week) at our firm. Working directly under the Partner and experienced solicitors in this team, you will gain invaluable experiences and insights into the day-to-day practice of our litigation and dispute resolution practice, which often involves civil proceedings at all Federal and State level. To be a successful candidate, you will need to be in the process of completing your undergraduate law degree/Juris Doctor or completing your PLT hours. You will have strong analytical skills, a can-do approach, inquisitiveness, flexible and multi-dimensional thinking, as well as a strong willingness to learn from senior solicitors while providing practical assistance. AHD Lawyers is seeking a motivated and diligent Graduate Solicitor to join our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team on a full-time basis at our Sydney CBD office. Working directly with the Partner and experienced solicitors, you will be involved in a wide range of commercial and civil litigation matters across both Federal and State jurisdictions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on legal skills, gain exposure to complex disputes, and build a solid foundation in litigation practice.
