BNC Lawyers is taking applications for PLT Students looking to get radically involved in a fast paced legal environment. This is an opportunity to play a significant role in legal enforcement action and to experience the full process of litigation.

Key responsibilities will include

• Assisting the Principle Solicitor with case management/file management.
• Drafting of legal documents (Statement of Claims, defences, cross-claims, affidavits, consent orders, default judgements, statements and etc)
• Liaising with relevant parties.
• Attending court.
• Seeking court orders at (Pre-trial reviews, defence call overs and etc)

We are currently looking for Students interested in completing their Practical Legal Training that are looking to develop their skills and work with a synergetic team.

The ideal candidates will have:

• Completed or are enrolled in a Bachelor of Law and are currently undertaking their PLT.
• Experience at a previous solicitor company (preferred but not vital)
• Highly developed verbal and written communication and time management skills
• An analytical and forensic mind
• Ability to manage files in a professional manner
