Job Summary
We are currently offering a work experience placement as a component of Practical Legal Training (unpaid position). The successful applicant will be working in the areas of Migration Law, IP< Government Grant, Commercial Law. The successful applicant will be required to:
- draft legal documents
- draft correspondences
- draft letter of demands;
- draft settlement offers;
- compile evidence;
- liaise with clients;
- compliance and
- research caselaw and statues.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
The successful applicant will have the following:
- law degree
