Our Managing Partner, Tim Delaney shares his grandfather’s and father’s passion for law. Delaneys Lawyers was established by his grandfather Jack in the Brisbane CBD in 1944, before moving to Broadbeach on the Gold Coast in 1977 by his father Greg.
The third generation boutique firm celebrated 70 years of providing legal services in 2014 making it the Gold Coast’s oldest law firm.
The Firm has been headed by Tim for the past 16 years.
The firm is still located in Broadbeach and specialises in Property Law and Property Development, Conveyancing, Leases, Commercial and Business Transactions, Commercial and General Litigation, Wills and Estates, Insolvency, Finance and Banking law.
