About Us

Hyde Park Lawyers is a firm based next to the Supreme Court of New South Wales. The firm's practice areas include Commercial Law, Property Law, Family Law, Criminal Defence, and Migration Law. 

Job Role:

We are currently seeking to employ a PLT student to assist the principal solicitor.

This position is on a part time basis with a minimum requirement of working 3 days per week.

About you

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Conducting legal research;
• Draft correspondences；
• Assisting in litigation matters;
• Assisting in conveyancing matters;
• Document and file management;
• Preparing documents for delivery, scanning and post; and
• Lodgement of documents at relevant governmental authorities.

You must possess the following qualities:

• Good level of Mandarin is essential;
• Be punctual and have excellent attention to detail;
• Possess a can-do and proactive attitude;
• Be able to work independently; and
• Good communication skills both written and verbal

Please note that this position will on an unpaid basis.

Past work experience/internship at a private practice is preferred.
