Are you a passionate solicitor looking to make a difference in a supportive and welcoming environment? 

We are a small suburban generalist law firm practicing in Family Law, Wills and Estates, Criminal Law, Contractual Disputes including Commercial Leases, Debt Recovery, and Litigation. We have an immediate opening for a talented Lawyer with a minimum of 3+ years PAE to join our vibrant team.

About the Role:

You will dive into a variety of legal areas, including Family Law, Criminal Law, and General Contract Law. This position offers the perfect blend of challenging work and flexible hours, ideal for a diligent and autonomous lawyer.

Salary:
The salary for this position is negotiable and will be based on the successful candidate’s experience and skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft, prepare, and review legal agreements and documents with exceptional attention to detail.
• Appear in court for a variety of matters.
• Interact with clients through correspondence, providing advice, and conducting conferences.
• Conduct thorough legal research.
• Maintain both hard copy and electronic files meticulously.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years PAE.
• Proven court work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• A robust understanding of various legal areas.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure and collaborate with colleagues.
