About the Role
We are seeking a committed, confident and experienced Property Lawyer/Senior Conveyancer to take ownership of a varied portfolio of residential and commercial property transactions. This is a hands-on role offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to work closely with a range of key stakeholders. You will manage matters from initial instruction through to settlement delivering outstanding client service during the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end conveyancing for residential and commercial sales, purchases and transfers
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely settlements
- Conduct property searches and manage all required enquiries
- Prepare, review, and manage legal documentation and contracts for transactions
- Maintain accurate and timely file management throughout the process
- Oversee conveyancing files
- Engage in business development and help nurture strong client relationships
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
- Proven experience handling end-to-end residential and commercial conveyancing
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Confidence in dealing with clients and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified solicitor with 2–3+ years' experience in conveyancing or commercial property law OR Senior conveyancer with 3+ years experience
- Strong client service focus and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in a second language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, etc.) is desirable
