Our firm is led by two Accredited Specialists in Immigration Law and a highly collaborative team known for thinking outside the box to achieve outstanding client outcomes.

The Opportunity

We welcome applications for PLT placements as part of the Practical Legal Training work experience requirement.

This is an unpaid internship, designed to provide practical exposure to real legal work.
However, exceptional candidates may be offered a paid 14-week placement (>$60,000 + super p.a.) and the potential for a permanent role with a salary package between $70,000–$80,000 + super p.a.

You will gain experience in:

  • Visa applications and review matters (AAT and judicial review)
  • Legal research, drafting, and submissions
  • Client interaction and case management
  • Direct mentorship from Accredited Specialists

Ideal Candidate

  • Completed or final-year law degree
  • Genuine interest in immigration and administrative law
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
  • Proactive, organised, and reliable
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team
