August Legal is seeking a recent graduate or full-time or part-time (at least 3 days/w) lawyer with 0–2 years of post-admission experience, preferably with prior exposure to private general practice.

We are a results-focused general practice law firm based in Inner West Sydney, committed to delivering practical, compassionate and client-centred legal services. Our work spans family law, criminal law, civil litigation, property law, and migration law.

As part of our close-knit team, you will:

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A recent law graduate or lawyer with up to 2 years PAE
  • A team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organised, eager to learn, and committed to delivering quality legal service
  • Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Professional, empathetic, and client-focused
  • Mandaring speaking skill is preferrable

Experience in general practice, especially in the areas we service, is highly regarded but not essential.
