Salary: Negotiable, commensurate with experience

Salary Guide: $80,000 - $100,000 + Bonuses

Gwydir Law is a thriving general practice firm located in the picturesque township of Inverell, in the north-west region of NSW. We specialise in Criminal Law, Family Law, Wills & Estates and Conveyancing. Our small, close-knit team consists of an office manager, two solicitors, a graduate soon to be admitted, and two other support staff. We are dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to our local community and fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

The Role
We are seeking a Solicitor with a focus on Family Law, particularly in children’s and property matters. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work across other general practice areas, including:

• Conveyancing
• Estates and estate planning
• Criminal law

About You
To be an ideal candidate for this role, you will have:

• At least 12 months PAE, with a preference for 2-3 years of experience
• Proven experience in Family Law, including children’s and property matters
• Strong client engagement skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
• Excellent communication, drafting, and organisational skills
• A commitment to providing exceptional service to clients
