Aussie Lawyers is offering a Voluntary Practical Legal Training (PLT) Placement for a driven and enthusiastic law graduate who is ready to gain real, hands-on experience in a modern and fast-growing legal practice.
This placement is ideal for a PLT student seeking meaningful work experience, exposure to real files and real clients, and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced legal professionals in personal injury and civil litigation matters.
The role is available 2 days per week (or more) and is based in our Bella Vista office in the Hills Shire District of Greater Western Sydney, directly opposite the new Bella Vista Metro Station.
Importantly, this role also offers genuine long-term employment prospects for the right candidate who demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and commitment.
• Direct supervision and mentoring from the Principal Solicitor, solicitors, and paralegals
• Practical experience across a broad range of legal matters in multiple jurisdictions
• Confidence engaging with clients, insurers, and government departments
• Exposure to real litigation processes from intake to resolution

• Liaising with government departments, insurers, and private organisations
• Assisting with personal injury claims and civil litigation matters
• Drafting and preparing legal documents
• Engaging with clients to obtain instructions and documentation
• Speaking with prospective clients and gathering information by phone
• General administrative and file management support
• Working closely with the legal team under direct supervision
