Graduate Solicitor – Family Law

We are a small, well-established family law firm based in Nowra, proudly servicing the South Coast. Due to continued growth and our expansion into Wollongong, we are seeking a Graduate Solicitor who is keen to build a meaningful career in family law within a supportive and hands-on environment.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate solicitor who wants:

• Exposure to all aspects of family law, including parenting matters, property settlements and divorce
• Direct client contact and court exposure
• Close mentoring from experienced family law practitioners
• The opportunity to grow with the firm as we expand into Wollongong

About You

You will ideally have:

• Recently completed a law degree and PLT, or be admitted (or eligible for admission)
• A genuine interest in family law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A professional, empathetic and organised approach
• The ability to work independently while also contributing to a small team

Prior family law experience is welcome but not essential – we value attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn.
