About the Role
Aver Law, a well-established Parramatta firm, is looking for a Graduate Property Solicitor to join our collaborative team. If you’re passionate about property law, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a supportive environment, this role is perfect for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with a variety of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing agreements, titling, and advisory work.
- Supporting the team with off-the-plan contracts and transactions involving vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants, and developers.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, deeds, licenses, and other legal documents under supervision.
- Helping facilitate property settlements using PEXA.
- Providing practical, client-focused support throughout transactions.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless, high-quality client service.
What We’re Looking For
- Recently admitted Solicitor or licensed Conveyancer in NSW (new graduates welcome).
- Interest in property law and enthusiasm to develop your skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and dedication to delivering excellent outcomes.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
