About the Role
We’re looking for new and emerging Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRPs) who are passionate about helping families and excited to keep learning as they grow in their careers.
If you’re just starting out, this is a great place to build your skills. You’ll be supported by a friendly, experienced team who enjoy sharing knowledge, answering questions, and helping you develop confidence in your practice.

Our family law services support families from a wide range of cultural backgrounds through innovative programs, including therapeutic Post Separation Case Management and group workshops for children impacted by separation. These programs—combined with our strong community partnerships—provide rich opportunities to engage in collaborative, cross‑practice work that strengthens your clinical capability while driving better outcomes for families.
