The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor (2-4 years’ experience) to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven junior lawyer looking to build a successful career in commercial litigation. You will work closely with our experienced team, gaining exposure to a variety of complex commercial disputes and litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and court submissions.

·         Conduct legal research and analyse case law to support ongoing matters.

·         Support senior solicitors in case preparation and strategy development.

 

Qualifications

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

·         Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

·         Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

·         A proactive attitude and a passion for developing a career in commercial litigation.
