About the role
An exciting opportunity has now become available for a 3rd or final year student in the Wills & Estates team based at our Sunshine Coast office.
The role will focus on succession law including estate planning, asset protection and structuring, estate administration, estate litigation and dispute resolution. The work will be varied and challenging due to the dynamic nature of the practice and the client base. You will be developing your legal skills in a collegiate and friendly environment working with experienced practitioners.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a close-knit team and directly with the director of the team allowing you to develop your expertise whilst completing your studies.
The role is based in Maroochydore. However, as we have a working office in Brisbane, there will be an option to travel between offices from time to time.
