Fairbank Lawyers is looking for a talented Family Lawyer to join our specialist Family Law practice in Melbourne's CBD. This is an on-site role.
This opportunity is ideal for an admitted Australian Lawyer who has demonstrated legal experience in the area of Family Law or can point to a history of practical experience (non-legal, i.e. paralegal or support-staff roles) in a Family Law setting. The candidate must have prior experience working at a law firm and be familiar with working alongside other legal practitioners and team members (assistants, external experts and the like).
Your tasks will include a variety of challenging and interesting work including but not limited to complex parenting and / or financial matters and intervention Order cases.
Workload and duties will increase in complexity dependent upon experience, progress and learning.
A competitive salary is on offer for this role, in addition to other benefits. Part-time (4 days minimum) candidates will also be considered.
