What you’ll be doing
· Be the first point of contact — greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
· Manage incoming calls across our national call queues, ensuring every caller feels valued
· Keep reception, meeting rooms, and common areas looking professional and welcoming
· Assist with a variety of administration tasks
· Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, deliveries, and office supplies
· Support internal meetings and staff events (including catering arrangements)
· Liaise with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for
· Minimum 2 years’ office administration experience (law firm or professional services experience highly regarded)
· Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
· Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work independently
· Great organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
· A friendly, approachable nature and genuine commitment to client service
