Our rapid growth and expansion has lead to a new, exciting opportunity for someone to join our Mulgrave Head Office with a full time position as a Senior Claims Consultant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Claims Manager, as Senior Claims Consultant you will…
Manage a portfolio of mainly liability claims.
Provide information and responses in a timely manner to all stakeholders across the whole claims life cycle.
Work closely with underwriters, brokers, claimants, solicitors, and other stakeholders involved in the claims process.
Be empowered to manage your portfolio of claims autonomously by crafting responsive, decisive and strategic correspondence to claimants and/or third party solicitors in defending public liability clams or otherwise.
Devise strategy, influence and negotiate outcomes on behalf of clients.

ABOUT YOU:
Applicants interested in this role should at a minimum…
Have at least 2 years of liability claims management experience
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail
A strong desire to learn and pursue a career in claims
Legal qualification (highly desired, but not required)
By expertly managing your own portfolio of claims and liaising directly with clients and underwriters amongst other stakeholders – you will have the unique ability to influence precedent in the sporting industry.
