Firm Description: Mooney & Kennedy Solicitors is a long-established small Sydney CBD firm located next to the Family Law Courts, District Court and Downing Centre. The firm practices in civil matters, including conveyancing, wills & probate, litigation and family law.
Job Description: Your job will involve both administrative and legal tasks. Administrative tasks include organising client folders, preparing itemised bills and taking phone calls. Legal tasks include drafting correspondence, preparing contracts and leases, preparing applications for Probate and legal research under supervision. As you obtain experience you will be expected to perform these tasks under less supervision.
