Job Description

Turning Point Compensation Lawyers are leading experts in compensation law. Our firm’s objective is to empower our clients to take control of their injuries and their future. We adopt a personalised approach to each case and build a personal relationship with our clients to truly understand their needs.

We are offering a volunteer PLT placement to a motivated and capable law student or graduate completing their Practical Legal Training requirements. You will assist with the following:

  • Handling incoming calls for new enquiries, including returning calls and responding to social media submissions.
  • Assisting with preliminary screening new matters by gathering basic facts and contact information for personal injury claims.
  • Following up on client service agreements to support lead conversion.
  • Drafting general correspondence.
  • Providing general ad-hoc administrative support to the team.
