Ō Mahi | What You Will Do

Your role will include:

-          Running your own files from onboarding to conclusion (with mentoring)

-          Dealing with legal issues like children’s care arrangements, family harm applications, guardianship disputes, paternity and Oranga Tamariki proceedings

-          Representing our clients in Court (both through legal aid and through private clients)

-          Participating in mediations/round table meetings/Judicial Settlement Conferences

-          Providing an excellent level of customer service and legal advice
