Visa Plan is a migration law firm. This role is based in our office on every day you work. A big part of the job is phone based, and you will often be the first person our clients and prospective clients speak to. That means you will be taking frequent calls, building rapport quickly, and helping matters move forward with clear follow up. This is a practical, hands on role. You will learn a lot, quickly, but you will need to be comfortable figuring things out, asking good questions, and taking ownership of your tasks. We will support you, but we do not run a spoon fed environment. If you prefer minimal phone work or a slower pace, this role may not be the right fit.
