A boutique taxation law firm based in CBD Fringe is seeking a PLT/law student for a clerkship position. The position is a part time role of 2-3 days per week offering flexibility for days worked (with the potential to lead to a full time position). Work would encompass: Involvement in structuring, estate planning and superannuation files. Setting up of Companies, Trusts and Super Funds. Implementing restructures and structure changes. Exposure to corporate restructures. Exposure to trust restructures. Involvement in preparation of Wills and estate planning.
