Seeking a law student on a casual or part-time basis (2 to 3 days a week) to join our Melbourne-based team. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a boutique firm environment, contributing to high-impact client work and developing deep technical expertise across a range of specialist taxes.
The role is flexible to allow you to focus during exam time and when assignments are due.
Your responsibilities will include providing advisory support on:
- Indirect tax controversy and litigation
- Stamp duty
- Land tax
- Employment taxes and obligations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Studying a bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, initiative, and motivation.
- Ability to work independently and within a small, collaborative team.
- Confidence to challenge the status quo and deliver unexpected value.
