We are seeking a motivated and responsible Legal/Administrative Assistant to join our team, working in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Protection & Care matters. Ideally, you can start immediately and commit to a minimum of three days per week. You will work on and be responsible for the full gamut of tasks required in the operation of our busy law firm, including: managing files; drafting documents and letters ; legal research; liaising with clients; and a range of other administrative tasks. You will need to hit the ground running and have: strong drafting skills; good time management , including attention to detail under strict time limits; an ability to communicate effectively with clients, other team members and external stakeholders; and a ‘can do’ attitude. A second language would be appreciated but is not essential.
