Tasks & responsibilities Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property documents including contracts of sale, leases, and conveyancing documents. Conducting due diligence investigations into property and title searches. Advising clients on a broad range of property-related matters, including residential, commercial, and industrial property transactions. Representing clients in negotiations and settlements. Liaising with clients, other solicitors, real estate agents, and financial institutions to ensure transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently.
