Established in June 2020, Yingke Sydney connects Yingke’s global legal service network with the Australian market.

Our core work involves acting for Chinese state owned and private enterprises establishing and operating businesses in Australia, resolving commercial disputes, and advising high net worth families on their Australian legal interests. We also act for Australian businesses and investors in matters involving China.

Our dedicated practice teams advise on corporate and commercial transactions, property and off the plan conveyancing, commercial litigation and dispute resolution, family law, and wills and estates. We offer our people exposure to substantial Australian and cross border matters within an inclusive, supportive and technology enabled working environment.
