Part time -  3 or 4 days per week negotiable Results-oriented with sales experience in the education sector Inbound/Outbound phone-based expert Exciting opportunity to provide advice and guidance to prospective students on our education options Purpose of the role The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service, using a customer centric selling approach, to focus on achieving the growth strategy by enrolling new customers.   This role will have direct contact with potential students, to provide advice on training options and study needs and recommend effective training solutions that enhance their experience with the College. As part of the Customer Engagement Team, this role will actively play a critical part in achieving The College of Law’s strategy for growth and customer retention. Key Accountabilities The Customer Engagement Advisor (Acquisition) is responsible for: Responding to Practitioner Education prospective student enquiries Inbound/outbound phone campaigns utilising a client centric selling approach with exceptional customer service Building rapport quickly to build a foundation for long-lasting customer relationships Helping degree program students navigate their way through their studies, providing support and advise on various options to enrol. Advising customers of the various life-long learning opportunities offered that meet their needs and stage of career Maximising conversion from various lead sources to create enrolments  Supporting product and program management initiatives by providing deep customer knowledge from relationships Experience, Skills and Attributes Two years’ experience in a telephone sales or customer service environment, such as a Call Centre Experience in tertiary education admissions or a legal background ideal but not essential.
