Solicitor - Graduate

Lin Tang & Co Lawyers have offices in Sydney CBD and Beijing. We are looking for someone who is a graduate solicitor or about to be admitted, and has special interest in migration, property, and conveyancing, however, you will also be exposed a broad mix of interesting matters ranging from civil litigation to family law. You will have an opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners, in a firm which is an OMARA-approved CPD provider.

Our client-base consists mainly of corporate clients and high-net worth individuals and practice extensively in:

• Commercial and corporate law.
• Immigration law;.
• Conveyancing/property law; and
• Family law.

This position will suit a driven and competent graduate lawyer with strong community ties and interest in immigration and property law.

In order to be successful in this role you need to:

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Have a NSW practicing certificate (or pre-admission).
• Have basic knowledge of LEAP.
• Have work experience in migration law and conveyancing/property law.
• Have ability to multitask, prioritise and meet competing deadlines.
• Be honest, responsible, organised, and diligent.
