Our Practice
Our areas of practice include commercial and corporate matters, dispute resolutions, business transactions, corporate restructuring, leasing, employment and general advisory matters.
Role
You will work closely with our partner, receive direct file exposure, and develop strong technical and client-facing skills in a supportive environment. We value initiative, attention to detail and a genuine interest in delivering high-quality, practical legal solutions.
You must be self-disciplined, demonstrate strong time management and initiative, and maintain a professional manner in all interactions.
Working Hours
A minimum commitment of two (2) days per week is required.
Placement tasks will generally be allocated within standard office hours (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
This is an unpaid PLT placement, however, allowance may be provided on a discretionary basis.

Our work also includes shareholders’ disputes, contractual disputes, business transactions, corporate restructuring, leasing, employment and general advisory matters.
As a growing firm, we offer junior lawyers and support staff the opportunity to gain real, hands-on experience across both commercial and litigation practices. You will work closely with the partner, receive direct file exposure, and develop strong technical and client-facing skills in a supportive environment.
