Pathfinder Law was founded by Rob Celada, a Drouin local who has practiced law in Gippsland for over a decade. In founding Pathfinder Law, Rob wanted to create a place for the best and brightest talents in Gippsland to offer commercially focused and innovative legal services to the businesspeople, entrepreneurs and developers who are driving growth in the region and shaping Gippsland’s future.

The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Graduate Lawyer to join our growing team. This role offers diverse, practical experience across multiple areas of law, exposure to real client work from day one, and the guidance needed to progress your career in a regional setting.
You will:
Assist with client matters under supervision across conveyancing, property, disputes, estates and commercial law
Draft legal documents, contracts and correspondence
Conduct legal research and prepare advice
Attend client meetings, mediations and court appearances, where appropriate
Manage administrative and file related tasks in accordance with professional standards
We’re seeking someone who is:
A recent law graduate, eligible for admission in Victoria
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Detail oriented, organised and eager to learn
Professional, ethical and motivated to grow in a supportive team environment
Interested in working in a regional firm with strong client relationships and community connections
Hold a current full Victorian driver’s license, with the willingness to travel occasionally
