About the Role 

An opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join our friendly and supportive team. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative and paralegal duties to ensure the effective and efficiently running of the Law firm. Experience in a professional environment is desired, however, is not necessary and will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting lawyers with preparation of documents, letters and briefs.

Answer incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.

Handling and managing medical appointments.

Handling and managing payments.

Diary management

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following key selection criteria :

• An interest in developing a career in the legal industry

• Experience with LEAP will be highly regarded though not essential
• Experience in Workers Compensation / Personal Injury highly regarded though not essential
• Ability to manage competing priorities and time pressures
