Lincoln Legal Pty Ltd is a growing, client-focused law firm based in Sydney. We practise primarily in:

• Family Law
• Conveyancing & Property
• Litigation (Local Court, District Court & Supreme Court)

We act for individuals, families, and small businesses across NSW and are building a modern, systems-driven legal practice.

We are seeking a motivated Solicitor to join our expanding team.

PLT students who are close to admission are also encouraged to apply.

About the Role

You will work directly with the Senior team members on a broad range of matters, including:

• Conveyancing transactions (residential & commercial)
• General legal practice - wills, probate
• Legal aid matters - family law, criminal law (if desired). 

This role provides genuine exposure to running matters with supervision — not just administrative support work.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 1–3 years PAE (preferred but not essential)
• PLT student nearing admission
• Has strong drafting and analytical skills
• Is commercially minded and solution-oriented
• Is organised and detail-driven
• Can manage deadlines and work autonomously
• Is confident communicating with clients

Experience in family law or litigation will be highly regarded.
